Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday of each week will focus on edge work, explosiveness, puck control through a challenging environment where players will be pushed consistently day in and day out. Additionally, players will be trained based on desired position offering Forward & Defensive concepts to live by.

The off-Ice portion of this program will focus on stretching, plyometrics, balance and coordination, and core strength & conditioning. This program will change & improve players’ game for the better heading into the Fall/Winter season. This program will help athletes develop since coaches will be hands-on working & making sure nothing is missed. The physical demand of this program will be unreal!  Spots are limited for this program as our dynamic is individual & small group training.

Lead Instruction will be provided by Chris Werstine, Slava Rozanski & Chris Robinson for all sessions.
